On August 31, 2024, at approximately 6 PM, it finally happened: agrirouter 2.0 successfully went online. This new development marks an important milestone, offering users significantly improved performance, stability, and user-friendliness – far beyond what was possible with its predecessor, agrirouter 1.0.
All existing accounts, endpoints, routes, as well as uncollected messages and settings were successfully migrated. This means that all customer data was seamlessly transferred to the new version without users having to fear any data loss.
The interface of agrirouter 2.0 is now particularly intuitive and user-friendly – with a clear focus on visual representation and ease of use. Farmers can easily view, create, or delete their connections. This is done through simple clicks on the routes or icons of the endpoints. It doesn't matter whether you're working on a desktop, tablet, or smartphone – the new interface is fully responsive and adapts to all devices.
A particularly useful innovation is the simplified connection of telemetry units, such as the CCI terminal. The connection process is now reduced to a simple numeric code that can be easily entered into the terminal or given over the phone. This makes the process significantly less complicated and more efficient.
The login process for agrirouter 2.0 now offers users more convenience. A password is no longer mandatory – instead, entering the email address is sufficient to receive an access code that can be easily entered or copied. Alternatively, there is still the option to use the "Forgot Password" function to set a new password and log in traditionally with a username and password.
